Add additional functionality to your SightMax Live Chat Server. Our API allows you to programmatically enhance your SightMax Server to create powerful web interfaces to add/remove/edit accounts, queues, operators, extract chat histories, etc. Using our API, you could also create SightMax integration with other applications, such as your CRM package or account system.
